Diléns Bistro
Our concept is to take the joy of food to the next level. With a bistro, we enhance the feeling of food enjoyment that we strive for. You can hear the buzz and chatter from the bistro throughout the venue; you see a platter being served while someone is butchering, a third person is garnishing sausages, and a fourth is unpacking local products on the shelves.
Information
When you step into our establishment, we want to offer the choice to buy ingredients and take them home, let us cook the food on the spot, or purchase some of our pre-prepared items, such as our red wine sauce or why not the 'pölsa' (a type of sausage dish).
We all enjoy food in different ways. Some want to cook everything from scratch, others want a helping hand, and some don't want to cook at all. We simply aim to satisfy a wide spectrum of food lovers in our concept.
The driving force behind it all is the love for food; that's what it ultimately comes down to. Therefore, we see a bistro as a natural addition to our concept.
