The series has already seen two games in Gävle where Brynäs IF came out on top, but before the teams could return to Monitor ERP Arena, two matches will be played in Skellefteå. This means that Game 5 will only take place if the series goes the full distance. If Brynäs IF win either of the away games, the quarter-final will already be decided. However, if the series is still alive after four games, a dramatic deciding match awaits in Monitor ERP Arena. In that case, everything will be on the line with a place in the semi-finals at stake.
