Färjestad are one of the most successful and well-known clubs in Swedish ice hockey, with a long tradition of competing at the highest level and entering games with high expectations. Over many decades, the club has built a strong hockey culture in Värmland, with support for the team extending far beyond the rink. When Färjestad and Brynäs meet, two iconic Swedish hockey clubs come face to face, both carrying a rich history and many memorable moments. These encounters often have an extra edge, with pride and important league points quickly adding to the intensity. Monitor ERP Arena provides the setting for another chapter in the long-standing rivalry between two of Swedish hockey’s most traditional clubs.
