In recent years, Rögle have established themselves as a strong force in Swedish ice hockey, building a clear identity around speed, player development and deep roots in their local community. The club has also made its mark beyond Sweden, highlighted by its Champions Hockey League triumph in 2022. Travelling from north-western Skåne, Rögle bring with them a passionate fan base and a hockey culture that has continued to grow in strength. Their visit to Gävle therefore brings together two clubs with proud traditions, high ambitions and supporters who know how to create an atmosphere.
